Goal1 was built with one clear purpose: to be Malaysia's most trusted, most enjoyable, and most rewarding online gaming platform. We're more than just a gambling site — we're a community of Malaysian players who share a passion for fair, transparent, and responsible gaming.
From a simple idea to a platform trusted by millions of Malaysians.
Story Goal1 began with a simple but honest observation: many Malaysian players were frustrated with the online gaming platforms available to them. Some offered a wide range of games but took days to process withdrawals. Others paid out quickly but had virtually non-existent customer support. And some looked impressive on the surface, yet their game RTPs were too low for players to get any real value.
Founding team Goal1 – a team of Malaysians passionate about gaming and technology – set out to build something different. Not a platform that simply takes players' money and makes withdrawals a nightmare. Not a platform that uses manipulated RTP figures to deceive players. Instead, a platform that genuinely looks after its members' best interests, from fair gameplay all the way to fast, transparent payouts.
Today, Goal1 has grown into one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online gaming industry. With over 500,000 registered members, hundreds of high-quality games, and a consistent track record spanning five consecutive years, it is clear that our founders' original vision was well-founded.

Six key reasons why Malaysian players continue to trust Goal1 year after year.
Goal1 operates under a valid licence and complies with all established online gaming regulations. Every game offered goes through a rigorous review process before it goes live on our platform. You can play with confidence, knowing that every aspect of our operations is transparent and accountable.
We're proud to offer some of the highest RTP (Return to Player) rates among platforms operating in Malaysia. Dragon Fishing comes in at 97.0%, Safari Wilds at 96.8%, and Dragon Kingdom at 96.7%. In practical terms, for every RM100 you wager, the expected long-term return is higher than what most other platforms in Malaysia offer.
Goal1 is built exclusively for Malaysian players. We accept all of the most popular local payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are in MYR (RM) with no currency conversion or hidden charges.
Your personal and financial data is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption — the same security technology used by leading banks in Malaysia. Our system is also equipped with two-factor authentication (2FA), round-the-clock activity monitoring, and full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
One of the features our members praise most about Goal1 is withdrawal speed. The vast majority of withdrawal requests are processed in under 2 hours – including on weekends and public holidays. We understand that your winnings belong to you, and there is no reason for us to hold them any longer than necessary.
Goal1 provides a full suite of gaming control tools: daily deposit limits, session loss limits, play-time reminders, and a cool-off option. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — much like watching the EPL or Liga Super Malaysia — something that brings excitement, not stress.
If you've tried a few online gaming platforms in Malaysia, you've probably run into some frustrating experiences — slow withdrawals, unresponsive customer support, or games that just don't feel fair. At Goal1, we understand this frustration firsthand — many on our own team were players who had experienced the very same issues before coming together to build something better.
One of the things we take the most pride in is our commitment Goal1 to transparency. Every game on our platform uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by third-party auditors. This means the outcome of every slot spin, every poker hand, or every shot in Dragon Fishing is truly random and cannot be manipulated by anyone – including us. This is not just a marketing statement; it is a technical commitment that can be verified.
When it comes to payments, Goal1 is among the first platforms in Malaysia to fully embrace the local digital payment ecosystem. We understand that Malaysian players are most comfortable using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX online banking over complicated international payment methods. A minimum deposit of just RM10 means the platform is accessible to players of all kinds — from university students who play occasionally to high-value VIP players who bet consistently at larger stakes.
Community Goal1 is something we take great pride in. Our players are not merely entries in a database — they are individuals we get to know through daily interactions with our customer support team. This team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including during Hari Raya Aidilfitri and public holidays. You can reach us via live chat, email, or WhatsApp, and we are committed to responding to all enquiries in a timely manner.
In terms of our games portfolio, Goal1 offers over 200 options spanning a wide range of categories. Slot enthusiasts can look forward to Dragon Kingdom with its epic Dragon Wild Reel, Safari Wilds with its unique Roaming Wild, the classic Egyptian-themed Book of Ra, and much more. For players who enjoy a different kind of challenge, Jacks or Better delivers a video poker experience that demands strategy and skill. And for those seeking something more interactive, Dragon Fishing is a fish shooting game that combines skill, strategy, and luck into one thrilling package.
VIP Programme Goal1 is designed to reward members who have stood by us for the long haul. From Silver, Gold, and Platinum all the way to Diamond, each tier comes with exclusive privileges such as higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, a personal account manager, invitations to exclusive tournaments, and special birthday gifts. We believe loyal players deserve more than just a reliable platform — they deserve genuine recognition.
When it comes to responsible gaming, Goal1 doesn't just pay lip service to responsible gaming. We've made a serious investment in building self-control tools that are genuinely easy to use. You can set daily or weekly deposit limits, per-session loss limits, playtime limits, and even self-exclusion if you feel you need a break from the platform. All these settings can be activated instantly from your account settings menu — no need to contact customer support or wait for approval. We believe this is the right and responsible way to operate.
We operate with full transparency. The RTP for every game is openly disclosed, and all bonus terms are clearly stated — no hidden conditions to catch you off guard later.
Goal1 is built for Malaysians. Every product decision — from game selection to payment methods — is made with the needs and preferences of local players at the forefront.
Certified RNG, competitive RTP, and regular independent audits ensure every player at Goal1 has a fair and equal chance in every game.
We genuinely care about our players' wellbeing. Comprehensive self-control tools, an 18+ age requirement, and a responsible gaming awareness programme are all part of Goal1's DNA.
